1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hostora (the "Service"), provided by Hostora, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hostora provides a platform for short-term rental hosts to create digital welcome pages, share property information, and offer additional services to guests via QR codes.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use Hostora, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Hostora offers various subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Manager). By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the specified monthly fees.
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your dashboard.
5. Free Trial Terms
New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service's features.
6. User Content and Host Responsibility
As a Host, you are solely responsible for the content you upload to your guest pages, including Wi-Fi passwords, house rules, and recommendations.
You warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights and that you have all necessary permissions to share property information.
7. Hostora Offers (Monetization)
Hostora allows you to list "Offers" (extras) for guests. You are responsible for the fulfillment of these services and for collecting payments directly from guests. Hostora does not process these payments and takes 0% commission on these transactions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or guest interactions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hostora, Inc. is incorporated.
